Student Bands Did Some Battling at Very Trendy Prism Bar $7 Smoothie Health Place
"Amongst... the coveted popular blue organic health fermented youth preservation juice, the audience and instrument people prepared for battle. I heard someone whisper 'Battle of the Blands'"
November 16th: “The Ohio Union Activities Board presents Battle of the Bands! Select bands will battle it out in competition for an opening slot at this year's Big Spring Concert!”
Like pickles and peanut butter, Trism and Battle of the Bands don’t seem to go together. TRISM - christened with a portmanteau of Trendy and Prism - subjugates the corner of High and Chittenden and has been regarded as the architectural and atmospheric incarnation of “an instagram post”.
Amongst provided probiotic aura infused hummus, good vibes energy avocado fries, wellness detoxification chicken flavor with kale kebabs, and the coveted popular blue organic health fermented youth preservation juice, the audience and instrument people prepared for battle. I heard someone whisper “Battle of the Blands”.
Instrument People Groups Who Battled:
Lazy Susan and the BeanBag Boys
Stock Photo Family
Staying only the first two acts, not because I only came for Stock Photo Family because they are the best and AROUSE’s Kelsey Yappel violins and her bandmate guy Yogi does a banjo and trumpets and they should have won but they didn’t because really band “CLUBHOUSE” did and who were the judges and what are their qualifications for judging the battle, OUAB and Trendy Prism hosted a pretty legitimate Battle of the Bands.
10/10 stage lights.
If it was a Battle of the Buttcracks, the sound guy would be opening at the Big Spring Concert.
